Absolutely the worst rehab ever. I got food poisoning from the food. They loose your stuff. They don't give you phone calls when it's an emergency. People go in your room an steal your stuff and the staff doesn't do anything about it. The workers are so rude. The place is filthy. There's mold in the vents. Hands down the worst place ever. There is drugs every where in that place. The staff calls you a junkie. Only good tech is jill Dan and shimmy. If you have insurance I recommend advance health & education. That is a fantastic place. No hope is straight trash.
I was in New Hope 20 years ago when Smitty worked there. I forgot my counselors name but she was an awesome lady! Yea it was definitely "no-frills" but was your life on the street any better??. Those people are there to help you, not coddle you. If there were drugs there you should have told someone who was using! I went in & out of different rehabs for years, unless your ready, NO place is going to help you. I'll never forget that place-thats for sure...sober for 6 months now, all because of AA, and the Grace of God....not a facility!!
please avoid working here, particularly in their nursing dept--- you will be underpaid and underappreciated. The facility is unwilling to take consider recommendations to improve care and workflow. Additionally, respect given to the nursing staff is minimal, as the administration has an archaic perception of "nursing" as a profession, and an even more archaic perception of women.
Now he's home in front of his 6 year old daughter sick all over again. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time, I could've done that.
Don't get me wrong, there are still some amazing people that work there; New hope will be lucky to keep them, the good ones often come and go.
I've never been to any other rehab but the food was decent the counselors were very understanding and sincere. They only wanted the best and success for every one that goes there.
I wish I could give you zero stars. There should be a way to report you. My husband was on suboxone for SIX YEARS and was coming off them bad and instead of helping him on his 3rd day you people GIVE HIM MORE?!? What kind of detox gives an addict what they're addicted to instead of helping?!?
